CHILLICOTHE, Mo. - A mask mandate is going into effect tomorrow in one Missouri county. An emergency declaration issued yesterday will establish a mask mandate for Livingston County.
The order was agreed upon by the Livingston County Health Center, Chillicothe Mayor Theresa Kelly Presiding Commissioner of Livingston County Ed Douglas.
No word on how long this mandate will be in place. There have been 17 COVID-19 related deaths so far in Livingston County.
